In this episode, Danny talks with Toni Weigel and Sherief Rageb about the new concept for the in Initial Onsite Training (IOT) for Sports Medicine, Distal Extremities, Trauma, Orthobiologics, and Veterinary. Toni and Sherief are Sales & Product Trainers on the German sales team. They took on a very influential role when it came to the redesign and the execution of our most recent IOT. The project was a great success and that is why Danny decided to ask them a bit more on how this came to be and their impact on this change. Enjoy listening!
